A client in Boonton, New Jersey called M&M Construction Specialist to perform a number of exterior projects. The first project was to replace the back stairs, which were made with wood, with Trex boards and railings. That involved installing new posts and concrete footings. The second project involved removing boards from the front porch, which had deteriorated, replacing them, and then painting the front porch floor with exterior paint. The final project involved replacing the cracked bottom step leading down from the front porch and painting the existing railings.
